Hi,

ceph 14.2.4 is in unstable.
Maintaining two different versions of ceph is absolutely a no-go. There
are not even enough ressources to maintain one version as well as it
should be.

What will happen - after ceph migrated to testing - is a backport to buster.

If you want to help, please test hte packages and look into build issues.
