The affected packages fail to satisfy their cross Build-Depends, because
their dependeny on txt2tags is unsatisfiable. In general, Architecture:
all packages can never satisfy cross Build-Depends unless marked
Multi-Arch: foreign or annotated :native. In this case, it seems that
the Multi-Arch: foreign marking makes sense, because txt2tags only works
with textual file formats. Thus its behaviour is
architecture-independent, which is what Multi-Arch: foreign is about.
