- Add Build-Depends-Indep python3-distutils and python3-lxml.
- Remove from Build-Depends-Indep python-libxml2 and python-libxslt1.

- Remove unused Build-Depends-Indep docbook-utils and docbook-xml.
* Switch to debhelper-compat:
- debian/control: change to debhelper-compat (=12).
- remove debian/compat.
The build with sbuild and pdebuild and the tests with Lintain and

I'm confused as to why that's not in the master branch, or in an
experimental branch. Also, it's missing the pristine-tar data for the
+repack version.
So, please tag it yourself as appropriate.
