For python 3.7, the package still needs to (build)-depend on
python3-importlib-metadata, see jsonschema/__init__.py

As per IRC chat, this would be right if we had version 3.2.0, but we
still have version 3.0.2, so this package isn't affected (yet). I'll try
to remember to add the (build-)depends when packaging the latest
upstream release.
