Source: dnscrypt-proxy
Version: 1.9.5-1

The ronn script from the ruby-ronn package got split out into a separate
package called ronn. Since dnscrypt-proxy only depend on ruby-ronn, its
build system notices the absence of the ronn script and skips
regenerating man/dnscrypt-proxy.8 during build and just installs the
version shipped with the source package. This issue can be fixed by
replacing ruby-ronn with ronn in Build-Depends.

Unfortunately the package no longer builds a manpage.
