Hello,
there should be an interface to automate as much as possible of applying
for collab-maint access.
Collab-maint is essentially a Contributor asking for access and a DM or
DD granting it. Or a DM asking for access, and getting it.
Sometimes DDs ask for access, and need to be told they already have it.
The only place where FD intervenes is in acking that the request texts
are sane.
However, fusioforge doesn't seem to have a web API, so it looks like
things need to be implemented with Mechanize hacks, or that there ought
to be some cooperation with the fusioforge admins.

Even better, now we have salsa and we don't have collab-maint anymore.
