arm64 was failing because of a bug in how pytest was called. This has
been fixed in 0.22.2.post1+dfsg-1.
ppc64el initially was failing because of what appears to be an upstream
bug, which I reported here:
https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues/16794
I disabled the relevant test, but then there was another (independent)
test failing. At first glance, this new failure seems to
non-deterministic, so I excluded it too, for now.
armhf is consistently failing 3 tests with "Bus error". I still have to
investigate these, but the plan is to report them back upstream. I have
also excluded these tests, for now.
