The norwegian websites www.altinn.no (hand in forms like tax form to 
government) and www.skandiabanken.no (bank) are unable to recognize my 
User-Agent string. I've had it confirmed by www.altinn.no, and they have issued 
a change request, but I fear a lot of other sites will suffer from this too.

I post this to shed some light on the consequences of the diversion from the 
upstream User-Agent scheme.
