This package failed to build on arm64. Build log:
http://buildd.debian-ports.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libphonenumber&arch=arm64&ver=6.3~svn698-3&stamp=1410187296

The issue is actually a test failure:
Results :

Failed tests:
testShortNumbersValidAndCorrectCost(com.google.i18n.phonenumbers.ExampleNumbersTest):
 expected:<0> but was:<1>

Tests run: 242, Failures: 1, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0

This is repeatable, but has not yet been investigated.
