Package: nfs-kernel-server
Version: 1:1.0.5-3
Severity: wishlist

The firewall package I use, firehol, has specific support for NFS
services. It will query the portmapper to determine the port that mountd
listens on and uses that as part of the firewall rules.

Obviously, this means that it needs to be re-run if the NFS server is
restarted and the port number (potentially) changes.

It would be really nice if there was a simple hook provided to allow me
to tie the two together.

Thanks,
        Daniel

Since there hasn't been a reply for a month, I'm taking the liberty to assume
that will do, and close this bug. Please reopen it if it's still a problem
for you.
