--- Begin Message ---Package: eject Version: 2.0.13deb-6 Severity: normal When the drive auto-open flag is set (which can be done by any one of `setcd -e 1', `setcd -o 1' or `eject -a on'), the command `eject -t' does not do what you expect. In fact, it closes the tray as it should, but it immediately reopens it before exiting. The reason is that when the eject program exits, the operating system closes all open file descriptors. Unfortunately, since the auto-open flag is set, this means that the tray opens upon program exit! The strange thing is that this should not happen, because the eject program took the care of using the O_NONBLOCK option when opening the device, so the auto-open should not happen.
