Dear Maintainer,
I have a fresh Buster install, and when I first tried to install Redmine I
noticed there was no package available in Buster. I added the Buster backports
repo and the install began, but then apt reported unmet dependencies (Depends:
ruby-rouge (>= 3.7.0) but 3.3.0-1 is to be installed). How can this issue be
resolved?
