Package: kernel-package
Version: 12.036+nmu1
Severity: important
I have build my own kernel for years using the "make O=/target/build/dir".
I need to create a debian package, to install nvidia or other drivers
the debian way. I simply cannot as the O= (or KBUILD_OUTPUT) is not supported.
This is the recommended way of building kernel as you may generate from
the same source several kernel for several architceture.
I saw a whislist bug related that as been openened 4 years ago and nothing
happened.
