sipcrack's upstream Makefile has a call to strip. This call breaks a
number of use cases:
 * Cross building (because it uses the wrong strip).
 * Generation of a -dbgsym package.
 * DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip.

Simply removing the call fixes all of these problems. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
