old:

You need a .wot file which contains the list of keys and signatures.
You can download the latest .wot file from either
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~jc/wotsap/wots2/latest.wot
or
http://www.rubin.ch/wotsap/latest.wot
and either name it ~/.wotsapdb or give the filename as the -w argument.
The former is from 2012, the latter from 2010.
