Dear Maintainer,
After you've updated the package to 1.10.3, the dependency on erlang-pcre is
not necessary anymore. I've checked that erlixir built with earlier version
of Erlang (specifically, 21.1.5, the same as the problematic 1.9.1 was built)
passes all the tests when run using Erlang 22.3.3 currently in unstable.
So I suggest to remove the dependency on erlang-pcre-<version> to avoid
rebuilding (either by a source upload or a binNMU) elixir-lang any time the
PCRE library version in Erlang changes.
I've prepared a simple NMU, so if you don't mind, I can do the upload myself.
