pan Build-Depends on both libgtkspell-dev and libgtkspell3-3-dev. As a
GTK 3 application, it should only be using libgtkspell3-3-dev.
Looking at the buildd log, it seems like libgtkspell-dev is probably
unnecessary - presumably it's left over from pan's GTK 2 history.
Please remove the dependency.
In the unlikely event that the dependency is still necessary, please
retitle this bug report accordingly and try to port away from it
(see #967849 and its blocking bugs for details).
