mdtraj needs SSE, which is not in the baseline of the i386 port
and not available at all on !x86.

Upstream master additionally contains a NEON port, which is part
of the arm64 baseline (but not the armhf baseline).

mdtraj should should therefore be Architecture: any-amd64 arm64

Upstream is talking about porting to simde [1],
but no recent progress is visible on that.
