The PCI and USB ID databases have been split into their own source and
binary packages so that they can be updated more regularly, and can be
depended on w/o having to pull in the tools. The Depends could be
switched from pciutils to pci.ids and from usbutils to usb.ids.
(BTW the patch in the source diff.gz could now be dropped as that file
is not shipped from this package anymore.)
