Dear flent maintainer,
Your previous uploads of package flent were not source-only uploads; as a
result, the new verison of flent will not be able to migrate to Debian
Testing. The restriction on non-source-only upload went into effect since the
release of Debian Buster; you may find the detailed announcement at
https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2019/07/msg00002.html .
Please make another source-only upload. Details about how to make source-only
uploads can be found at https://wiki.debian.org/SourceOnlyUpload . Since you
have been granted the DM upload permission, you should be able to make source-
only uploads by yourself.
