The tests always fail.
The error comes from dh_golang_autopkgtest
[error] Source code not found, even with dev packages installed
(golang-github-containers-libpod-dev)
The reason is that libpod's debian/rules confuses dh_golang_autopkgtest,
What's the purpose of this line?
