Dear PHP maintainers,
php7.4 Build-Depends on netcat-traditional. This is a very old
implementation of netcat. Please switch away from it, possibly to
netcat-openbsd, or ncat (nmap's reimplementation).
As a datapoint, Fedora appears to make do without any netcat at
build time.
Please do this sooner than later :-)
