We upgraded python 3.9.1. This bug seems to me that #954142 back again.

mypaint shows me:

Now this bug does not present in Debian Testing. Please see
https://bugs.debian.org/975582 for the real problem. I don't have
solution to it yet; any help would be appreciated.
