bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I looked
into easily droppable dependencies. It turns out that
libcurl4-gnutls-dev, socat and zzuf are only used for testing
libmicrohttpd. Please consider applying the attached patch to annotate
them <!nocheck>.
