Hi,
codonw fails to cross build due to two reasons:
* It hardcodes $(MAKE) in d/rules. This is virtually useless since after
the hardening.patch applied, the only rules for "all" in "codonw" itself. So
the override_dh_auto_build can simply be dropped
Patch for the same is given below
* It uses help2man for manpage, best way forward here would be to use
maintainer manual page with the createmanpages script[1] that several
debian-med packages use and not use help2man during build time.
