Hi Maintainer

Since the upload of 4.9.3+dfsg-1, r-cran-ploty has been failing its
own autopkgtests [1] with the output below.

Unfortunately, version 4.9.2.1+dfsg-2 had already regressed in
bullseye, and 4.9.3+dfsg-1 was allowed to migrate.
