Package: openvpn
Version: 2.0.5-1
Severity: normal

Upgrading with stop2upgrade=true means that openvpn is stopped during an upgrade
(sorry, not sure where). But the postinst tries to restart with cond-restart
and that only restarts running VPNs.

Obviously using restart rather than cond-restart would fix this bug but I don't
know
enough about the package to know whether that's the right fix or not.

Thanks!
Dave

Hi,

On upgrade, only running VPNs are restarted, that's the desired
behaviour. Those not running are down because you didn't want them up.
On upgrade they shouldn't be started then.

Alberto
