When installing the mailman3-web package that includes
python3-django-postorius and python3-django-hyperkitty,
translation files are not compiled for the two packages.
gettext should be a build dependency of the two packages, and
`django-admin compilemessages` should be executed during package
building. By that way, compiled translations will exist under
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/{postorius,hyperkitty}/locale/{locale}/LC_MESSAGES/django.mo.
