gstreamer1.0 participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture
bootstrap. Rather than work on such a difficult problem, I looked into
easily droppable dependencies. It turns out that the libgmp-dev and
libgsl-dev dependencies are optional and unnecessary when building
without tests as happens when passing nocheck via DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS. As
such, these dependencies can be annotated <!nocheck>. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
