According to libposix-strptime-perl, it "Requires POSIX::strptime or
Time::Piece for the inversion conversion when writing."
The later seems to be part of standard Perl, so perhaps one can
avoid the additionl Recommends on libposix-strptime-perl or make it
a Suggests?
