python3-fabulous depends on fonts-noto.
The Noto font is *huge* and users rarely need all of it.
Also, do python3-fabulous really _depend_ on the Noto font?
As in, is it *not* *possible* to use fabulous *at* *all*,
even rare exotic scenarios, without the Noto font being available?
In most cases it is more sensible to a) only pull in fonts-noto-core,
and b) at most *recommend* it.
Unless python3-fabulous has some very peculiar design, I therefore
expect that it is more sensible to instead declare something like this:
Recommends: fonts-noto-core
Raising to important, due to the arguably damaging impact it has on
disk-constrained systems that e.g. a default install of paperwork-shell
pulls in more than 600MB disk space.
