This appears to be a straight up fork based on a tmux commit from
2019. This is not something the Debian package can carry as a patch,
and anyway my policy is to deviate from upstream as little as possible
so the only way forward is to get this fork merged back into tmux
upstream if you want sixel support.
I'm closing this bug as I don't want to keep it around forever as a wontfix.
