Dear Debian release team,
I request to start the transition as listed on
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-libquvi.html .
The new version of libquvi comes with new SONAME and altered library package
name (libquvi-0.9-0.9.3 -> libquvi-0.9-0.9.4). Updating libquvi means that a
library transition is needed.
I have tested all reverse dependencies (cclive, quvi) and they all build well
with new libquvi. BinNMUs should be enough after the transition is initiated.
(Also CC-ing maintainers of package cclive and quvi).
Ben file (the one current on the transition tracker is good enough):
title = "libquvi";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libquvi-0.9-0.9.3" | .depends ~ "libquvi-0.9-0.9.4";
is_good = .depends ~ "libquvi-0.9-0.9.4";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libquvi-0.9-0.9.3";
Thanks,
Boyuan Yang
