First, sorry I had to update bindgen.
It broke the build of this package:
librust-onig-sys-dev : Depends: librust-bindgen-0.55+default-dev but it is not
installable

This was fixed by the upload of rust-onig-sys 69.5.1-4. The package has
since built successfully
on the reproducible builds test infrastructure.
