Package: rtl-433
Version: 20.11-1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
This version of rtl-433 will spew out two log lines in a very tight loop
after some USB cable issues. This is
https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433/issues/1581
which was fixed by
https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433/commit/405df88533d3f10ed0f348c2b77d8e531f4f3c04
in 21.05.
I still think the issue is severe enough to warrant a backport to the current
stable version. I just had an episode causing a steady 40 Mbits/s stream of
log messages to my syslog server... That's not nice.

Version: 21.05-1
Hi Bjørn. I am just doing some bts cleanup. I am not really involved in
package maintenance for rtl-433, just a happy user passing by.

Right, so closed when the new version was uploaded back in august.

No opinion on a backport, just know I do not have the capacity myself to
maintain it.
