Logwatch 7.5.0-1 (current stable [buster]) is installing logwatch.pl
from 7.4.3.
7.4.3 is not supporting journalctl, consequently configurations reliying
on this feature are failing silently.
Same with 7.5.0-2 branch.

thanks for you bug report. The version string in logwatch.pl was simply
not updated for the 7.5.0 tarball that I downloaded back then.
