The janus package has a hard-coded versioned Recommends: on libusrsctp1.
This binary package is now obsolete, however, having been replaced by
libusrsctp2. As a result, janus now has a Depends: on libusrsctp2 and a
Recommends: on libusrsctp1, which will keep an obsolete package on users'
systems after upgrade.
Please drop this obsolete recommends, as in the attached patch.
