I'm very happy to see free video codecs coming into the archive!
However, the descriptions of the two packages (shlib and -dev) are quite
lacking: the -dev package description doesn't say what Theora is, while
the shlib package only says "Ogg Theora", which really describes nothing
more than the short description.
