While going through the files used to build VICE I noticed a few
dependencies that can be dropped:
libvte-2.91-dev: We use our own modified in-tree version, since VICE 3.3.
libxaw7-dev: We haven't had a Xaw UI since VICE 3.3.
yasm: Only required when configuring with --enable-internal-ffmpeg,
something we've completely dropped since VICE 3.6.
Looking through debian packages for older versions of VICE it seems you
always use --enable-external-ffmpeg, so yasm can probably be dropped
from older debian packages as well.
