I have just uploaded python-asttokens/2.0.4-1 which is compatible with
python3.9. However, it is known that there are 6 failed tests with
python3.9.
Upstream has acknowledged their existance to be harmless but the actual
fix is still pending. Meanwhile, we should update the test
infrastructure to only ignore the failure of those 6 tests.
