Dear maintainer,
Since bullseye, the cgroups v1 filesystem is not mounted by default,
and then ansible-runner needs to adapt some code to support cgroups v2.
It includes a least this call to cgcreate (from the cgroup-tools
package)
https://sources.debian.org/src/ansible-runner/1.4.6-1/ansible_runner/runner.py/?hl=157#L157
to make use of the cgroups v1's cpuacct controller, that has been
replaced in cgroups v2 by cpu. ansible-runner needs to call cgcreate
with the correct arguments, according to the cgroup version mounted in
the system.
