Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading a server running buster, to bullseye.
samba users can no longer print as a normal user.

It works well in 2:4.9.5+dfsg-5+deb10u3 on buster.
After upgrade to 2:4.13.13+dfsg-1~deb11u2 on bullseye it no longer works.

There is a samba bug for this with id #14867 that affect 4.13.

the patch needs to be included in 4.13 since it's only fixed in later versions 
upstream.

This is fixed in 4.16 release of samba in sid and bookworm now.
I'm not sure this will be fixed in bullseye, for now.
