Since version 9.02, openconnect exports include-split routes for /0.0.0.0 to the
env (CISCO_SPLIT_INC). The same behaviour also applies for IP6.

This introduces a changed behaviour, so that automatic NS routes are added. 
See issue [1]. Commit 78050150 [2] introduces a fix, that routes to NS are not
automatically created. This also aligns the behaviour of vpnc-scripts to
NetworkManager openconnect.
