Dear Maintainer,
I upgraded Sid today. After restarting my system, I tried opening Electrum and
it errors out. I'm using XFCE.
If I open a terminal window and try starting the program, I get the following
error. The program exits on this error. Ideally the program should not show an
error, and should open when called.

The issue seems solved in the python3-aiohttp package, so closing this
bug report on the BTS.
