pypdf2 just released version 2.6.0 upstream, with some fixes to upstream
bugs that cause breakage in the test suite for xml2rfc:

Please update pypdf2 to 2.6.0 when you get a chance, as it should solve
the problems that we were seeing in the xml2rfc test suite.
