I was slow in uploading the latest (and probably the final) version of
golang-1.17, and Shengjing didn't know of my plan to upload that final
version, so he filed this RM-bug almost as soon as golang-1.19 was
officially released. :-)
I'll close this bug report now, and reopen it a month later. :-) Many thanks!
