Package: nginx
Version: 1.10.3-1
Severity: minor

Dear maintainer,

please consider changing the Systemd "After" dependency for starting
Nginx. Starting after "network.target" is not ideal in many cases where
IPv6 is activated and Nginx has listeners for specific addresses, that
are not up in time. DAD and/or ip-token pseudo-static setups will fail
and Nginx can't start.

"network-online.target" is an adequate workaround and I think it should
be included by default. A webserver without any network connectivity
sounds a little bit useless anyways, so there shouldn't be a reason for
"network.target".
