Hey,
The problem behind this bug, that a new Qt version enters unstable. This new
version triggers a lot rebuilds, that's why the state is tracked via ftp
masters. You can see the status here:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1020230
As long as the transition is going on, you may end up with uninstallable
packages. If no bigger issues bubbles up, while the transition is going on,
the issue is solved within some days.
For my workstation nextcloud-desktop is already install-able again, that's why
I close this bug.
