Use of uninitialized value in printf at /usr/sbin/adduser line 329.

The uninitialized value in a printf was caused by
printf "%s", $new_uid
before checking that $new_uid had a value. The ordering of statements
has been changed so that this now happens after making sure $new_uid has
a value assigned. Closing.
