It would be helpful to have a configuration file for --ignore options,
rather than having to include those on the command line. This is helpful
if someone is building something on top of cruft (cron script, UI,
whatever), since all would obey cruft's config.
Also helps to not have to remember all the little directories one needs
to include on the command line.
